  1. What is an online escape room? An online escape room is an escape room solvable online. You can do this alone or with friends. After purchase, a username and password will be sent to your email. By logging in, you can start solving tasks together. You can do it all on the same computer or everyone on their own computer.
  2. In which device can I play on? Our escape room can be played on the computer and tablet. For convenience and speed, we recommend the computer.
  3. Do I need a printer? No, you don’t. All you need is a computer or tablet with an internet connection.
  4. Can I play with friends without being in the same room? Yes. You can all log in with the same username and password. Everyone can see the requested hints and crossed out suspects in real time.
  5. If I buy a game, can I start playing immediately? Yes, once the payment has been successfully made, you will need a username and password for you and for all team members to log in. The important thing here is that after logging in and pressing the “Start” button, it will start counting down from 48 hours for you to play the game. Be sure to press the “Start” button only when you plan to start playing.
  6. How do I get hints? Hints are already in the game. You do not have to write to us separately. Each task has several hints before and an answer at the end. If one of the players opens the hint, everyone will see it.
  7. What happens if I can’t play at the moment? You can close the game and solve it later. Tasks that have already been solved will not disappear. It is important that you finish the game before 48 hours run out. 48 hours will start running from the moment you log in and press the “Start” button.
  8. How long can I solve the escape room? The escape room can be solved for 48 hours. The time starts running from the moment you press the “Start” button. You can log out of the game in the meantime and come back later, but time will run out. When 48 hours have passed, you will no longer be able to log in with the same passwords
  9. Can the game be paused in the meantime? No. After pressing the “Start” button, it will start to count down from 48 hours. You can close the game in the meantime and come back later, but time is running out. You must escape within 48 hours.
  10. Can I play multiple times? No. Once you have solved a task, it can no longer be closed.
